Setting up and moving in
Before we can install your new modules, a foundation must be in place. You, the customer, are responsible for ensuring that the ground is prepared and the location is accessible. A standard foundation consists of concrete slabs on the ground, then spacer frames and finally steel catenary wires – all for the stable construction of the module.
We deliver and administer the entire installation process. Our experienced installers and supervisors set the modules in place, and make sure that everything meets your specifications.
Drainpipes, lining of the plinth, and sealing of module splices are all a part of the completion. We, of course, also handle any possible options such as furnishings, awnings, installation of telecommunications/data. We then carry out a mandatory ventilation control and fire protection documentation and accessibility inspection. Finally, a delivery inspection is done to ensure that the premises are ready for you to move in.
